Founded in 2020 by father-son team Ted and Ben Brockman, WhatifWe World builds local movements that lead to large-scale transformation.

Building a more direct form of direct mail
After spending 20 years building leading teams in the Business Information and Technology segment of Nordstrom, Ted Brockman left corporate America to focus on transforming his local Chicago community. In 2007, he launched a handful of successful wellness studios and soon became astonished by the amount of waste he kept encountering, specifically the amount of paper-based mail (direct mail, bills and invoices, statements, etc.) he was receiving at his five brick-and-mortar stores.
Together with his son Ben–who graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa and worked for many well-known companies such as Homeadvisor and Wilson Sporting Goods –Ted constructed a solution to this untargeted and environmentally-destructive paper mail problem: WithYou.
Using technology to connect neighbors to the local businesses they love, WithYou’s goal is to improve communication, enable business growth, and facilitate environmental impact in every community that adopts the forward-thinking platform.
